System Engineer - Windows Server patching (Wintel)

Job Purpose

To manage, maintain and ensure the secure compliance of Windows Server environment in align with Wintel Squad. The role is responsible for Windows Server Operations and management, high availability, patch management, security hardening and remediation of vulnerabilities in coordination with respective stakeholders.

• Manage and support Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) environment
• High Availability and Cluster Management
• Windows Server Patch management
• Enterprise Patching Tool (Ivanti End Point Security / Ivanti Security Control)
• Vulnerability Analysis and Remediation
• Vulnerability & Compliance Scanning Tool (Qualys etc.)
• Active Directory Group Policy Management (GPO)
• Security Baseline Hardening and Compliance Management (CIS based)
• IIS Configuration and Management
• Monitoring and Alert Management
• PowerShell Scripting
• Intel Hardware Management and Support
  
  

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• 4-6 years in Windows Server administration, Active Directory security, and enterprise patch management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in large enterprise or banking environments
• Exposure to regulatory and audit frameworks
• Knowledge of Enterprise monitoring and automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ownership and accountability
• Effective stakeholder management and teamwork
