System Engineer – Windows & Virtualization

Summary:

We are looking for a System Engineer with strong expertise in Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies. The role involves deploying, managing, and supporting Windows environments, VMware, and Hyper-V platforms while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments.
• Manage and maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Perform patch management, updates, and regular system maintenance.
• Implement security best practices across servers and virtual environments.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and related services.
• Coordinate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and deployments.
• Maintain documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Engineer or Windows Administrator.
• Strong hands-on skills in Windows Server, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Solid understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and server security.
• Experience with system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications preferred (MCSA/MCSE, VCP, etc.).
