Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced System QA Engineer to join our team, focusing on system‑level testing of inductive charging and embedded hardware/software.

Must-Have Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience testing complex systems involving both hardware and software

Strong expertise in:

• Bug hunting and regression testing
• Embedded systems validation
• Basic Python Experience
• Building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch

Proven ability to:

• Drive issues to closure
• Meet milestones independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of inductive charging systems
• Familiarity with USB charging, Qi / Qi2 standards
• Experience with:
• Hardware-focused automation frameworks
• Test equipment control
• Automated hardware testing environments

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $83000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $110000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
