Project description

Project for one of leading Tier 1 suppliers and major American OEM.
DXC is responsible for product functional increments that includes new feature implementation as well as removal of known flaws and optimization of application design.
The RFHM is an electronic module which controls passive access and start functionality and communicates with other ECUs via CAN networks.
High level functions of the RFHM are:
› Passive entry
› KeylessGo
› Remote Keyless Entry
› TPMS
› Immobilizer
› UDS diagnostic services
› Low power management
› Reflash over CAN

Responsibilities

Import/Update customer specifications into requirements management tool

Ensures a complete and released set of requirements on System level for the product

Create System Requirements based on technical conditions and a delivery plan

Discuss functions with the customer and implement Design Change Request Implementation

Clarify and refine customer requirements, involve internal stakeholders and work out possible implementations based on technical aspects

Define advanced functionality and work out deviations between requirements and quote documentation

Skills

Must have

> 4 years of experience as Requirements Engineer

Strong understanding of requirements engineering

Knowledge of vehicle distributed networks

Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic protocols

Experience using vector network tools

Basic understanding of wireless functions

Experience with DOORS for requirement management

Experience working in embedded software development

Strong Ownership, collaboration and Team work oriented.
