Junior Modifications Engineer

Giza, Egypt

We are seeking a Junior Modifications Engineer to support the modifications process and assist in coordinating client requests across ongoing projects in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, capable of efficiently managing coordination tasks while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client modification requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Coordinate with consultants to secure necessary approvals and with the design team to align modifications with the project’s final vision.
  • Ensure client modifications comply with the company’s guidelines.
  • Verify that all modifications meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and overall project integrity.
  • Ensure that clients have obtained all mandatory governmental approvals before execution, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery.
  • Report site violations by conducting site inspections for units undergoing finishing or modifications.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture Engineering or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience in modifications, fit-out, or design coordination roles within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Good technical understanding of construction drawings and modification processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other related software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to develop technical and coordination capabilities
