System Security Administrator

1. Purpose:

Responsible of our Cloud Servers Administration, user access, online and offline presence security

1. Business Impact:

• This role responsible for setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. for example, installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts; overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks; implementing operational and technical security and Cyber Security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures), managing Azure organization.

1. Interaction:

• Report to Head of Business Technology
• Coordinates with Various Departments, such as e-commerce, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain Sales, Customer support…
• Work closely with external partners, Suppliers, and occasionally consumers.

1. Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability.
• Maintain Azure AD and the complete Azure organization
• Provide timely detection, identification, and alerting of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities and distinguish these incidents and events from benign activities
• Use cyber defense tools for continual monitoring and analysis of system to identify malicious activity.
• Developing and supporting organizational security standards, best practices, preventative measures, and disaster recovery plans
• Analyze identified malicious activity to determine weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, effects on system and information
• Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
• Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot systems/servers.
• Comply with organization systems administration standard operating procedures.
• Implement and enforce local network usage policies and procedures.
• Manage system/server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
• Monitor and maintain system/server configuration.
• Perform repairs on faulty system/server hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.

1. Background:

• 2-4 years' work experience in similar profile
• Bachelor in IT with Cyber Security Trainings
• Proven experience in Cloud Technology (Microsoft Azure)
• Proven Knowledge in Cyber Security methods and applications
• Identity Management

• Knowledge of organizational information technology (IT) user security policies (e.g., account creation, password rules, access control).
• Knowledge of measures or indicators of system performance and availability.
• Knowledge of performance tuning tools and techniques.
• Skill in monitoring and optimizing system/server performance.
• Skill in operating system administration. (e.g., account maintenance, data backups, maintain system performance, install and configure new hardware/software).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and virtual machine development and maintenance.
• Skill in correcting physical and technical problems that impact system/server performance.
• Skill in recovering failed systems/servers. (e.g., recovery software, failover clusters, replication, etc.).
• Knowledge of principles and methods for integrating system components.
