The System Security Engineer is responsible for securing and managing enterprise email security platforms, with a primary focus on Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Office 365 Exchange. The role ensures protection against spam, phishing, and malware threats while maintaining secure and compliant email operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP) for enterprise email security.
• Configure and optimize anti-spam, anti-malware, and anti-phishing policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and remediate email security threats and incidents.
• Manage mail flow rules, transport rules, and email filtering policies in Office 365.
• Perform threat analysis for suspicious emails, phishing attempts, and malware campaigns.
• Collaborate with SOC teams for incident response and threat mitigation.
• Ensure email security compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain email security documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Support email security audits and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to improve email security posture.
