System Support Engineer

Limton Group of Companies is currently hiring for System Support Executive who will be reporting directly to Team Lead , responsible for on-site complaint handling, carrying out maintenance services on machines installed at client end.

Requirements:
-SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMAND ON COMPUTERS, MICROSOFT WINDOWS AND SOFTWARE INSTALLATION.
-Work closely with Hardware Support.

DAE (Electronics / BSC

Experience Requirements

1-2 Years/ Fresher(good knowledge in Hardware / Software)

Skills Requirement

At least 1+ years of experience in software support, with a strong focus on SQL and query optimization.

degree in Computer Science, or a 3-year Diploma from Aptech/ DAE.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide on-site support, complaint handling and preventive services for contract and warranty clients. -Responsible to follow and recover outstanding payments and Tax Challans.

- Responsible to share visit details with Team Lead.

- Handle advanced technical support, resolving intricate software issues with a focus on SQL query optimization and troubleshooting.

- Assist clients by providing prompt responses to queries and offering technical support for any challenges they face.

- Diagnose and fix software and hardware issues remotely, making necessary adjustments to resolve client problems.

- Ensure all client issues are fully resolved through diligent follow-up and clear communication.

- Should have own bike
