Nextgen Charge is a fast-growing EV charging solutions provider working towards delivering nationwide installation, maintenance, and support. As demand for EV charging rapidly increases, we’re expanding our technical support team to ensure customers receive fast, reliable, and expert assistance.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused EV Charger Technical Support Specialist to handle incoming support calls, diagnose charger issues over the phone, and coordinate with our installation and engineering teams.
No prior EV charger experience is required — full training will be provided, along with ongoing access to an expert support engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer support calls and provide professional, friendly assistance.
  • Diagnose EV charger issues remotely using step-by-step troubleshooting methods provided during training.
  • Guide customers through rebooting, connectivity checks, app pairing, and basic hardware resets.
  • Log cases accurately into our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to our expert technician when required.
  • Coordinate warranty claims, service visits, or part replacements.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their support ticket or ongoing fixes.
  • Maintain high service quality standards and meet response-time targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and helpful while assisting customers over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of electrical devices or willingness to learn.
  • Problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
  • Ability to follow step-by-step technical procedures.
  • Competent using computers, apps, and CRM systems.

Preferred (but not essential)

  • Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or telecoms.
  • Experience in EV charging, smart home devices, or electrical systems.

Salary

Competitive + performance bonuses.
Full training provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
