Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will include:

• Responding to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting customers with orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
• Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide account-related support.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential, as you will be assisting both local and international customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred (knowledge of e-commerce platforms like eBay is a plus).
• Must bring your own laptop daily.
• Ability to commute to or relocate near Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
