We are seeking a Sales & Service Engineer who will work across both technical support and sales operations. This role involves equipment installation, customer support, lead generation, procurement coordination, tender participation, and sales communication for high-tech industrial, analytical, and scientific equipment.

The ideal candidate is confident, well-spoken, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both technical tasks and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Responsibilities (Service Side)

- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain scientific, analytical, and QC equipment.

- Provide application training and operational guidance to customers.

- Attend service calls and prepare service reports.

- Identify customer needs during visits and generate potential sales leads

2. Sales Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial offers for equipment and services.

- Support equipment procurement and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.

- Participate in tender processes including documentation, bidding, and technical evaluations.

- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales communication.

- Conduct manual lead generation by identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products.

- Maintain sales records, customer data, and reporting using basic Excel/Word tools.

3. Customer Relationship

- Build strong client relationships through regular visits and communication.

- Confidently engage with customers and present technical solutions.

- Provide timely and professional email communication.

Qualifications:

1. Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or DAE (Electronics)

2. Preferred

- Diploma holders in relevant fields may also apply.

- Experience with analytical/scientific/QC equipment (fresh to 1 year experience preferred).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Technical troubleshooting ability

- Sales acumen and ability to generate leads

- Good email writing and documentation skills

- Basic Excel, Word, and computer proficiency

- Ability to travel for customer visits (motorbike preferred)
