We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Person to join our team in the Sales & Marketing of Construction related Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building long-term relationships with Developers, Architects, and Contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts.
- Promote company’s products and services to meet customer requirements.
- Generate leads, convert them into successful deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales agreements effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support clients in selecting optimal construction materials.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction & Chemical related products.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have own transportation with valid license.
