We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Person to join our team in the Sales & Marketing of Construction related Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building long-term relationships with Developers, Architects, and Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding key accounts.
  • Promote company’s products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Generate leads, convert them into successful deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales agreements effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to support clients in selecting optimal construction materials.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction & Chemical related products.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and market dynamics.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Must have own transportation with valid license.
