System Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled System Support Engineer to join our IT team at Sybrid, Peshawar. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure smooth and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate network systems.
• Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, Cloud networks, and servers.
• Configure WLAN, Firewalls, VPN, Routing, and Switching.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system/network issues.
• Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
