System Support Engineer (VoIP & IT Support)

  • Administer and support Vonage Business Cloud & Dialpad
  • Configure VoIP phones, extensions, IVRs, call queues, and DIDs
  • Troubleshoot call quality and network issues (SIP, RTP, QoS)
  • Provide end-user and remote support
  • Manage users, licenses, and system documentation
  • Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel
  • Handle tickets via Jira / Mojo Helpdesk / ServiceNow

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 3years: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Vonage/Dialpad, CCNA, (Preferred)
