System Support Specialist

We are looking for a System Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ software systems, managing installation and configuration processes, analyzing and resolving technical issues, and keeping technical documentation up to date.

*This role requires working on-site 5 days a week at our Kavacık / Istanbul office.*

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Preferably experience working in support teams of distributor or reseller companies for software such as CatCam, Pro/ENGINEER, CATIA, or AutoCAD
• At least 5 years of customer support experience related to the relevant software
• Strong communication skills; presentable and able to adapt to different working environments
• Eager to learn, open to self-development, and motivated to acquire new skills
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level , sufficient to support international customers
