System Support Engineer

Saida Waheed FMH College of Nursing requires the services of System Support Engineer. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in system support, networking, and IT infrastructure. The Job Description is outlined below.

1. Responsible to provide support Hardware & repair Support.

2. Responsible for installing and repairing computer hardware, including laser, label, dot-matrix, deskjet, and wireless printers; scanners; LCDs and monitors; multimedia equipment; system and laptop motherboards; power supplies; laptops; UPS systems; DVRs and CCTV cameras; and peripherals such as mouse and keyboard.

3. Responsible to provide support Software Windows installation, Office installation, Antivirus, USB Security Software, remote software VNC, HMIS, EMCO Software, Store report, Zakat Pharmacy Software, Quick book NUR foundation, Converting software video Editing Software CD & DVD, Audio Editing, Photo Editing.

4. Responsible to configure Email account internet configures, laptop configures wireless, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.

5. Responsible for planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.

6. Responsible to setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues, Provide support Network.

7. Configure wireless (PVT) Blocks User laptop & mobile.

8. Responsible to new Network cable active & Troubleshoot Network Cable.

9. Responsible to configure network switch, wireless device, Router.

10. Responsible to manage network Cable and Tagging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
