Job Summary

FMX Cargo, Courier & Logistics is hiring a courteous and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for its Kalma Chowk, Lahore office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, walk and online inquiries professionally.
  • Track consignments and coordinate with operations for timely resolution of issues.
  • Register and follow up on customer complaints until closure.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and cases.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and recovery teams when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or call center (courier/logistics experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, tracking systems).
  • Polite, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (if required).
