Customer Service Representative

Dynamic Equipment and Control is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its sister concern, Dysin Automobiles Limited, at its Head Office, Lahore. We are currently seeking a female candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to obtain feedback and address any after-sales concerns
• Communicate after-sales service issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution
• Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or after-sales role

Qualification:

• B.com / BBA / BS

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
