We are currently seeking a female candidate for this position.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contact customers to obtain feedback and address any after-sales concerns</li><li>Communicate after-sales service issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution</li><li>Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction</li></ul>Experience Required:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or after-sales role</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>B.com / BBA / BS</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Canal Road, Near Doctors Hospital, Lahore</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
