Job Summary:

The System Technical Support at Groupxen is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing Groupxen’s IT infrastructure, including local and wide area networks, servers, and enterprise systems, to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and security across all operations. This role plays a key part in supporting Groupxen’s business continuity by designing and documenting system configurations, managing installations of network and security solutions, maintaining antivirus and enterprise applications, and performing regular maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations. The position ensures that all Groupxen departments and branches operate efficiently and securely in line with company IT standards and best practices.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and monitor Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and firewall devices.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware, software, antivirus, and applications.
  • Document system configurations, network setups, and maintenance procedures.
  • Support IT projects, branch setups, and system integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and data protection measures.
  • Maintain logs, generate reports, and track support tickets to meet SLA targets.
  • Provide technical support and system maintenance for company applications, including ERP systems


Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
