Job Description


System/Network Specialists are responsible for the support of all information system resources including but not limited to computers, networks, cloud systems, telephones, cell phones, and peripherals. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, documentation, PC maintenance and repair, upgrades and configurations. Other tasks will include supporting the day-to-day needs of the facilities, including ordering necessary office supplies, minor break/fix, and communicating with trade vendors (electricians, contractors, etc.) to make any necessary office repairs.


Desired Skils & Expertise


We are looking forward to meet System & Network experts to work at MagiClick’s HQ (Rumelihisari) and R&D (YTU Teknopark Davutpaşa) offices having following skills and expertise:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
  • Microsoft MCP certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-700
  • 2+ years of technical support experience in a OS X & Windows environment
  • Ability to help employees solve hardware and software problems on Mac, PC and mobile devices.
  • Experience in networks LAN/WAN/Wifi/Security, related technologies and patch management.
  • Familiar working with various operating systems and platforms including Windows Server and Ubuntu.
  • Knowledge of Server systems, Operating systems and Storage architecture.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V,DHCP,DNS and IIS Management.
  • Knowledge of Firewall, VPN, Switch Management.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
  • Knowledge of Azure and Office 365 enterprise environment
  • Ability to create basic scripts in Powershell and Bash
  • PC literacy, ability to use office equipment, experience in MS Office products
