Systems Administrator / Analyst II

Supports the evaluation, acquisition and installation of high performance computing systems to include hardware, software, and data storage devices. This position will be responsible for multiple computing and data storage systems. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in a high performance computer center. Relies on substantial experience to work under general guidance of a lead systems administrator/analyst. This position will lead other systems administrative personnel in performing assigned tasks.

Huntsville, AL

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Shall have a B.S. degree in engineering or computer science or information systems
• Minimum 7 years of directly related experience
• Must have an active security clearance

CERTIFICATION/COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Shall meet DoD 8570 requirements as an Information Assurance Technical, Level II (IAT-II). Shall be appropriately certified prior to any contract performance in support of IA functions. Shall be designated as an IAT-II due to limited privileged-level access to control, manage, or configure ISs and devices, with very limited (single devices) or no IA device access or management. Shall have a favorable review of local personnel, base/military, medical, and other security records as appropriate; and initiation of a Nation Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Checks (NACLC) or favorable review of SF 85P and Supplemental Questionnaire.
