Systems Analyst

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM

Role Summary:

This person will support the Systems Development team by working hands-on with our business systems, databases, and integrations. Their primary focus is understanding how our systems work, how data flows between them, and helping keep things running smoothly. They'll work closely with the development team and be guided by their manager and senior developers as they learn our environment.

This role is systems and data focused. The right person is someone who can look at a system, understand how it works, and help configure, support, and improve it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to query and manage data from internal databases

• Learn and support internal business systems and platforms

• Follow application workflows and understand system processes end to end

• Set up automations based on provided instructions

• Document processes and help others understand how systems work

• Assist with general IT support tasks as needed

• Collaborate with the development team on projects as assigned

Required:

• Print manufacturing experience

• Ability to follow and understand application workflows and business processes

• Strong communication skills : must be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people

• Team player : reliable, shows up for the team, and willing to jump in where needed

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Strong SQL and database skills

• Experience working with APIs and data integrations

• Scripting or automation experience

• C# / .NET experience

• Node.js experience

• Experience with ERP systems
