Systems Analyst & Architect (Ideas-Focused Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst & Architect who may not have formal industry experience yet but has a strong ability to think critically, analyze systems, and propose smart, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands how systems should work, enjoys problem-solving, and can contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

You will work closely with our technical and business teams to help analyze requirements, improve existing systems, and design better workflows and architectures. We value creative thinking, curiosity, and clear communication over years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear system concepts and high-level designs
• Propose system architectures, integrations, and process improvements
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to refine solutions
• Research tools, technologies, and best practices to support system decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
