The Systems Analyst HRIS supports various HR systems and processes as a technical expert for HR stakeholders across the Americas region. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving HRIS applications such as Workday, ADP, and Neocase while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integrations between internal systems and vendor platforms. The position provides implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with HR, IT, vendors, and compliance teams to optimize HR processes and user experience.
Note: Candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the systems expert for HRIS applications and the primary point of contact for HR users in the Americas region.
  • Maintain servers, access, and scripts for payroll and HR systems, ensuring stable and secure operation.
  • Manage integrations and data interfaces between HR systems (Workday, ADP, Neocase) and other IT applications, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Support HR Data Management, Site HR, and HR Business Partners by resolving HRIS issues and handling system queries promptly.
  • Partner with HR compliance to support internal and external audits, user access reviews, and data security controls.
  • Provide technical support for HR processes such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Performance Management, HR Case Management, and Time Management.
  • Participate as an HR systems subject matter expert in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects to ensure smooth integrations or system separations.
  • Recommend and implement best-practice system solutions to enhance HR process efficiency, automation, and compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor service delivery, and oversee external support tickets and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Global HR and IT to coordinate system enhancements, testing, data uploads, and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent (FE College – 2 A Levels) required; higher education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical HRIS experience across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time Management, Compensation, Performance, Onboarding, and Recruitment systems.
  • Proven configuration and setup experience in Workday, ADP, and other HRIS platforms, including interface file feed development and testing.
  • Experience with HR case management systems such as Neocase, ServiceNow, or HP Service Manager.
  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle HRIS implementation projects including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to leverage HR data for recommendations, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels in virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations; proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; willingness to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.

Summary Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Pay Range: $83,900 - $151,800
