Systems Architect

We are seeking a Systems Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 and associated technologies.

You will work directly with clients to translate business requirements into effective, scalable architectures that enhance collaboration and security. In this role, you will support pre-sales efforts, lead technical solution delivery, and contribute to the development of organizational competencies around Microsoft Modern Work technologies. Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities by analyzing client needs and designing Microsoft 365-based workforce solutions
• Develop conceptual architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices and client goals
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with solution designs and implementation plans
• Lead design and delivery of Modern Work solutions involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Guide project teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and meet business requirements
• Implement proofs of concept to validate architectures and demonstrate value
• Provide architectural oversight and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise IT and security standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to optimize user experience and adoption
• Co-lead Modern Work and Security expert communities to share knowledge and best practices
• Mentor engineers and consultants to build organizational capability in Microsoft workplace technologies
• Develop solution offerings, blueprints, and delivery accelerators to enhance service delivery
• Contribute to Microsoft Practice Enablement initiatives to advance Modern Workplace competencies
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams to align offerings with evolving technology roadmaps and co-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Experience of 10 or more years in systems architecture with at least 5 years in Microsoft 365 and Modern Work technologies
• Proven leadership experience managing project teams and delivering enterprise solutions
• Background in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID with hybrid Active Directory implementations and premium features
• Skills in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or Microsoft Intune at advanced level
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure services and DevOps practices at intermediate level
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

• Skills in Microsoft Defender and Purview DLP at intermediate level
• Foundation knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Security Services
• Familiarity with AI agentic concepts and prompt engineering
• Experience with adoption and change management methodologies such as PROSCI ADKAR
