Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position has responsibility and authority for:

• Proactive maintenance, monitoring, design and deployment of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Netscaler infrastructure environment to include: VDI, Hosted Applications, Citrix Infrastructure, Licensing, HDX Insight, Director, ControlUp, Nutanix, Nvidia GPU,. Citrix ADC – Load Balancing, Content Switching, Networking, Application Firewall, IP Reputation, Bot Management, Rewrite/Responder Policies, AAA Virtual Servers, LDAP and SAML authentication, Citrix Gateway, upgrades, monitoring, and logging.
• Maintain and update Citrix Federation Authentication services.
• Manage deployments and configuration of Citrix ADM Service (Citrix Cloud) including Citrix ADC and SDX infrastructure, Citrix ADC VIP monitoring, Security, SSL, WAF, Pooled Licensing, VIP Licensing, and reporting.
• Create new and maintain current configuration sets in Citrix Workspace Environment Manager.
• Assist and manage where necessary the migration into Citrix Daas (Citrix Cloud).
• Deploy VDA’s in AWS and Azure as necessary including creation of Resource Locations and hosting connections.
• Manage and deploy Delivery Groups to include published applications and VDIs.
• Maintain current automation and help identify new automation opportunities.
• Update and manage documentation as necessary.
• Provide Root cause analysis to production outages as required
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Manage and create Group Policies associated with Citrix deployments.
• Administer Nutanix AHV
• Administer VMware
• Administer Windows Server
• Adhere to IT access-management and change control procedures.
• Receive and respond to escalations from Desktop Support and field support team. Escalate issues to management, if necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior staff to execute the IT strategy in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in risk management techniques and integrate new methods and tools as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and create PowerShell scripts
• Support other areas of technology supported by Server team (Exchange, Azure, Proofpoint, Single-Sign on – Okta, Logic Monitor, and SCCM).

Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

• 9 years+ supporting Citrix
• XenApp/Desktop OnPrem and Cloud deployments
• Citrix WEM
• Citrix FAS
• Citrix ADC and Citrix ADM
• 12 years+ support Windows
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Isilon or other NAS storage experience
• Windows server 2008-2022
• TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS
• PowerShell Scripting
• SSO – Federated services, OKTA a huge plus
• Familiarity with advanced networking concepts
• Familiarity with advanced Active Directory configuration
• Advanced troubleshooting techniques/processes
• ITIL concepts
• High level documentation including Visio expertise.
• Experience with Exchange 2010-2013, O365 Azure is a huge plus.
• Experience with SCCM and server patching a huge plus.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1:$150,100 - $215,900
Base Salary Range Region 2: $127,600 - $183,600
