Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
• Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
• Implement system security, backups, and disaster recovery plans
• Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance
• Document system configurations and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is an advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
