Systems Engineer

Job Summary

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, operating systems, storage, backup solutions, and core infrastructure services. The role ensures high system availability, security, performance, and business continuity while supporting daily operations and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers.
  
• Manage virtualization platforms.
  
• Support Active Directory and DNS services.
  
• Monitor server performance and availability.
  
• Perform backup and recovery operations.
  
• Apply patches and security updates.
  
• Troubleshoot system-related incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience.
  
• Experience with Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
  
• Knowledge of storage and backup solutions.
