Systems Implementation and Integration Consultant (Agiloft CLM)

About the Role

Norgay is looking for a Systems Implementation and Integration Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help customers connect the Agiloft CLM platform with their enterprise ecosystems. You’ll work directly with IT teams and business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement integrations using Workato and API-based solutions across systems like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, and Coupa.

In this hands-on, client-facing role, you’ll ensure integrations are technically sound, business-aligned, and scalable — helping customers unlock the full value of their digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with customers and Norgay’s Professional Services team to implement the Agiloft CLM platform.
• Work closely with customers and Norgay’s Professional Services team to integrate Agiloft with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, and Coupa.
• Guide clients on integration strategies and recommend best-fit technical solutions.
• Gather and define detailed business and technical requirements; create technical specifications and design system integrations.
• Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot API-based and Workato-driven integrations.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to scope projects, estimate effort, and ensure technical success.
• Develop and contribute reusable integration assets, templates, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3+ years in a software/SaaS environment, with at least 1 years in a client-facing role.
• Strong ability to work with data, workflows, and process-driven systems.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within project teams and manage multiple client priorities.

Nice to Have

• Strong experience integrating systems via SOAP/REST and standard API protocols.
• Hands-on experience building integrations in Workato.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience integrating CLM-adjacent systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Workday, MS Dynamics).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
