Benchmark is seeking a technically sophisticated, execution-oriented IT professional to own our internal technology stack and lead practical AI adoption across the organization. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you will serve as the primary IT administrator while also identifying, implementing, and maintaining tools that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and scalability.
This is not a research or theoretical AI role. The successful candidate will be comfortable deploying real-world solutions, integrating them into existing systems, and ensuring they are secure, reliable, and adopted by the business.

- AI-assisted reporting, forecasting, or data analysis
- Internal knowledge systems (AI search, document intelligence)
- AI-enhanced customer or internal support tools
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (databases, SaaS platforms, APIs).

- Vendor risk management
- Document systems, processes, and configurations to reduce single points of failure.
Systems Architecture & Vendor Management
- Evaluate and select technology vendors with a focus on long-term scalability and ROI.
- Manage relationships with MSPs, software vendors, and consultants as needed.
- Ensure system interoperability and reduce redundant tools.
- Plan and execute technology upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption.
Strategic Contribution
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership.
- Translate business problems into technical and AI-enabled solutions.
- Help leadership understand where AI adds value—and where it does not.
- Build systems that reduce reliance on ad hoc technical support over time.
Required Qualifications
