We’re hiring a
Systems Support Administrator
to oversee the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of our
Enterprise Back Office Server Environment
, including File Servers, Antivirus Servers, FTP Servers, and Print Servers.

Key Responsibilities
:

Ensure the smooth daily operations of the Back Office Server Environment.

Maintain detailed inventories of hardware, software, and firmware.
-
Assist System Support Lead in day-to-day activities and operations.
-
Conduct audits of end-user hardware, software, and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners).

Adhere to Information Systems Security Policies and all internal procedures.
-
Document system configurations (logical and physical) as required.
-
Schedule and manage preventive maintenance for all hardware and peripherals.
-
Manage user profiles: creation, deletion, updates, access control, disk quotas, and security.
-
Oversee patch management processes for servers and end-user systems.
-
Implement and verify backup policies through scheduled restore activities.
-
Provide 2nd-level end-user support for hardware/software issues.
-
Offer 1st-level support for server-related incidents.

Troubleshoot system incidents and identify root causes for timely resolution.
-
Manage backup media and assist with Disaster Recovery procedures as needed.

Ensure availability and performance of Back Office Server Services.

Requirements
:

3–5 years
of experience in IT, with at least
2 years
in Back Office Server Management.

Strong knowledge of
Windows Systems Administration
.

Proficient with standard IT hardware, software, and tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution.

Relevant certifications in
Microsoft Technologies
,
ITIL
, and
Antivirus Solutions
(preferred).
