As a Management Consultant At Takamol, You Will

• Work on national projects across diverse sectors (labor market, digital transformation, social development, and more)
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and policy experts
• Learn consulting frameworks, research methodologies, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Receive mentorship and on-the-job training tailored to fast-track your development
• Specialize in key areas such as strategy, public policy, data & analytics, or service/product design and digital transformation
  
  

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate in the following majors (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science (Information Systems), Public Policy)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passion for learning and working in a dynamic environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
