The Learning and Development (L&D) Technical Excellence (T-Rex) team is dedicated to equipping our Data Center leaders, managers, teams, individual contributors, and partners with the necessary technical knowledge and professional skills to enable optimal performance, realize business value, and foster a technically skilled and safe workforce.

T-Rex is a team of Learning and Development experts, including Program Managers, Instructional Designers, Visual Designers, and Learning Management Systems professionals that collaborate and partner to build and deliver high-quality critical and technical learning solutions.

The Knowledge Management and Microlearning Lead is responsible for the oversight and end-to-end management of the learning content life-cycle within the Learning Management System. Additionally, the Lead oversees the creation strategy for micro-learning experiences, including video and immersive simulations, to enhance technician engagement and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set the goal and strategy, while guiding and mentoring direct reports to foster a high-performance culture and invest in their growth and career development.
• Provide oversight for the learning life-cycle by managing refresh and sunsetting workflows to ensure all materials deliver current, measurable business impact.
• Develop and drive cross-functional taxonomy strategies to optimize discoverability and manage microlearning and immersive Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) experiences that maximize learning effectiveness across significant domains.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies, including AI/agentic features, to advance organizational technical capabilities and drive adoption within the Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem.
• Establish platform governance and security procedures, ensuring systems remain available and accessible while reducing operational risk and protecting critical organizational data.
