T-Shape 2 Esthetician

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales driven and client focused T-Shape 2 Esthetician to join our team at iCRYO Fort Wayne. This role is ideal for estheticians with a strong passion for health, beauty, and wellness, and a desire to work in a cutting edge recovery environment.

As a T-Shape 2 Esthetician, you will deliver exceptional body sculpting services while building lasting client relationships and driving revenue through service and product recommendations. You will also become proficient in T-Shape 2 treatments, ensuring safe, effective, and result driven experiences for every client. This position plays a key role in elevating the client experience, supporting center growth, and promoting the full range of iCRYO wellness services.

Salary Range: $20.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Experience or knowledge in body sculpting or skin care esthetics and treatments

• Perform professional body sculpting services using T-Shape 2 technology in accordance with iCRYO protocols
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess goals and recommend customized treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Promote and sell all iCRYO services, packages, memberships, and retail products
• Assist clients and support team members with day to day lifestyle service operations
• Maintain treatment rooms and overall center organization, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
• Accurately document client treatments, progress, and recommendations
• Actively promote yourself and the iCRYO brand through social media engagement and influence
• Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and iCRYO services and offerings
