Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer with a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Tableau, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. This is a contract role for 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to business users on Tableau usage.
• Document processes, workflows, and dashboard specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver meaningful insights.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for advanced analytics.
• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) is advantageous.
