Taco Social General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Develop, train, and inspire a team of 25+ staff members to deliver outstanding service and consistent quality.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and oversee labor scheduling.
• Promote Taco Social's culture and values to nurture a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Uphold food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Fast Casual or high-volume Restaurant & Kitchen management experience.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000.
