Tadbeer Operations & Training Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Tadbeer Operations & Training Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily Tadbeer center operations and managing training programs to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Tadbeer center
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE and Tadbeer regulations
• Manage recruitment Bule Collar.
• Plan and conduct training programs for domestic workers
• Monitor staff performance and maintain training records
• Handle client coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution
• Prepare reports and support management with operational improvements

Requirements:

• Pervious experience in Tadbeer operations (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer guidelines
• Experience in training, supervision, and staff management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Arabic & English Language is Mandatory
