Job Summary
The Tadbeer Supervisor & Domestic Worker Training Officer oversees daily Tadbeer center operations while planning and delivering training programs for domestic workers. The role ensures compliance with UAE Tadbeer regulations, high service quality, and proper preparation of domestic workers before and after deployment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Operations
- Supervise daily Tadbeer center activities and staff.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and welfare of domestic workers.
- Coordinate recruitment, deployment, replacement, and cancellation processes.
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE and Tadbeer policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Domestic Worker Training
- Conduct orientation and mandatory training programs for domestic workers.
- Train workers on:
- Housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry
- Cooking and food safety
- Childcare and elderly care
- Health, safety, hygiene, and first aid basics
- UAE culture, laws, ethics, and professional behavior
- Evaluate domestic workers’ skills and readiness before deployment.
- Provide retraining or corrective training when required.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Monitor service quality and worker performance.
- Ensure accommodation, food, and safety standards meet Tadbeer requirements.
- Enforce company rules, discipline, and code of conduct.
- Support inspections, audits, and government visits.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with clients, recruitment agencies, and government authorities.
- Explain Tadbeer services, packages, and procedures to customers.
- Follow up with clients after deployment to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Tadbeer or cleaning service supervision.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Tadbeer regulations.
- Experience in training, coaching, or staff supervision.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
