Tagalog Speaking Personal Assistant - Landscaping & Contracting Industry

Apt Resources is on the lookout for a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to support a team in Dubai. This essential role requires a proactive individual to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documents.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external contacts when required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day support for management operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Benefits


Salary:
AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 (depending on experience)
