- Manage and respond to incoming emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
- Coordinate shipping & logistics for office equipment, instruments, and documents.
- Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending documents, deliveries, and payments.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other routine communications.
- Handle visa, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and guests.
- Support the preparation and submission of invoices and required documentation to clients or platforms (e.g., ADNOC, ENEC, FANR).
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
- Liaise with PRO for government documentation and visa processing.
- Update and track key records such as PO logs, delivery notes, shipment tracking, etc.
- Support the Business Development and Technical teams with basic coordination tasks.
