Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sewing, altering, and repairing garments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic to intermediate stitching and garment construction
• Handle alterations (hemming, resizing, adjustments)
• Repair damaged clothing and fix defects
• Work with different fabrics and materials
• Follow design specifications and measurements accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Assist with quality checks before delivery

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a tailor or sewing operator
• Good knowledge of sewing machines and tools
• Ability to read measurements and patterns
• Attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic communication skills
