Tailor master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor/cut with advanced expertise in pattern drafting, fabric cutting, garment construction, and finishing techniques. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality, custom-fit garments with precision and craftsmanship. This role plays a critical part in bringing design visions to life, ensuring each piece meets the highest standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum [2] years of proven experience as a tailor, with expertise in cutting and garment making.
• Mastery of traditional and modern tailoring techniques.
• Strong understanding of body types, fit, and tailoring adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or fashion sketches.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent hand-sewing and machine sewing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Vocational certification in tailoring or fashion design
• Experience in tailoring UAE traditional garments
• Skilled in creating evening gowns, bridal dresses, and custom luxury wear.
• Proficient in hand embroidery, beading, and embellishment work with attention to detail and artistic finish.
• Ability to handle urgent and customized tailoring requests efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
