Tailor master

Position: Master Tailor / Sample Maker
Company: Kayat – Dubai

Kayat is looking for a skilled Master Tailor to join our team. The role involves creating high-end women’s wear samples — from suits to dresses — starting from sketches, physical pieces, or reference photos.

Responsibilities:

• Develop patterns and toiles as needed
• Create final samples with high-quality finishing
• Work closely with the design team on collection development

Requirements:

• Experience in women’s western tailoring (suits, dresses, eveningwear)
• Strong pattern-making and construction skills
• Able to read and communicate in English (Arabic preferred, Hindi optional)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Details:

• Based in Dubai
• Full-time or long-term role (open for discussion)
• Visa can be provided
