Tailoring Manager – Gents Tailoring

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tailoring Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Gents Tailoring workshop Branch in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gents tailoring, excellent leadership abilities, and deep technical knowledge of fabrics, cutting, and fitting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire tailoring department.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign jobs to tailors and cutters.
• Ensure all garments are produced to a high standard of quality and fit.
• Manage workflow to meet customer deadlines, especially for Kandura production.
• Monitor and control fabric usage to minimize waste.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and productive working environment.
• Handle basic administrative duties related to tailoring operations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gents tailoring, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and garment construction.
• Ability to lead a multicultural team of tailors and cutters.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and committed to quality.
