We are currently seeking experienced colleagues to join the Directorate of Quality Assurance at Turkish Airlines, specifically as candidates for the roles of ‘Auditor Candidate with experience in CAMO/Part-145’ and ‘Auditor Candidate with experience in Ground & Cargo Operations’.
Application Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye or a Blue Card holder,
- Born between 01.01.1987 and 01.01.1999,
- Not entitled to retirement,
- Graduated from a 4-year undergraduate program,
*Candidates who graduated from universities abroad must provide a YÖK Equivalency Certificate.
*English proficiency tests will be administered by Turkish Airlines Inc. for candidates who do not possess a valid language certificate.
- Preferably possessing a valid English proficiency certificate obtained from one of the exams listed below,
oIELTS Academic: minimum overall score of 5.5/9.0
oTOEFL IBT: minimum overall score of 80/120
oYDS: minimum score of 65/100
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the relevant roles,
- No history of disciplinary termination from previous employers,
- No criminal record or criminal archive record,
- Not currently employed by any subsidiary company of Turkish Airlines Inc.,
- Not previously dismissed from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to disciplinary issues,
- No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
- Not previously dismissed from Turkish Airlines Inc. or its subsidiaries by termination of employment.
General Qualifications for All Roles:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Ability to take initiative when required, with strong follow-up and attention to detail,
- High level of attention, responsibility, and accountability,
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills,
- Willingness to work with technical documents, regulations, and reports,
- Digitally literate, able to quickly adapt to new technologies, and capable of using digital tools and systems effectively,
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and planning corrective and preventive actions (CAPA),
- Willingness to contribute to enhancing quality and compliance awareness among employees.

- The titles of the candidates who successfully complete all evaluation stages will be determined based on their previous professional experience and the assessment results throughout the process.
