As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, including tech, media, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to begin their career in HR or recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the real-world hiring process within the tech and advertising ecosystem.

Assist in understanding hiring requirements and role briefs from different departments

Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms

Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and campus channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach

Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels

Maintain candidate data and hiring pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Help create a seamless and positive candidate experience

Support employer branding initiatives like social media hiring posts, content, and recruitment drives

Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation

Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field.

1-2 years of experience in recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and basic sourcing strategies (training will be provided)

Good organizational and multitasking abilities
