We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level Non IT positions across our Corporate / Head Office functions. The role involves strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and strong business understanding to ensure timely onboarding of high-caliber talent across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Handle recruitment for corporate roles from mid-management to leadership levels.
  • Work directly with Business Heads & Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Source candidates through multiple strategic channels – LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, internal database, and professional networks.
  • Conduct talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and leadership hiring.

2. Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Act as a consultative hiring partner to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive intake meetings, define role briefs, and align on expectations, salary brackets & hiring timelines.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarking when required.

3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Represent the organization professionally while engaging with senior talent.
  • Support employer branding initiatives for corporate hiring (LinkedIn hiring campaigns, leadership pipelines, etc.).

4. Recruitment Strategy & Process Excellence

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche specialist and leadership roles.
  • Implement structured interview processes and competency-based evaluation methods.
  • Track and report hiring KPIs – TAT, offer-to-join, sourcing effectiveness, hiring cost, etc.
  • Work closely with HRBP & C&B teams for offers, negotiations, and onboarding alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong corporate/HO hiring exposure.
  • Proven track record of hiring mid-senior roles (Manager to Head-level).
  • Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri,LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, networking & passive talent engagement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing & negotiation skills.
  • High business acumen with understanding of corporate functions and org structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles with speed, quality & precision.
