Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate. In this role, you'll support the full-cycle recruiting process with a strong focus on passive sourcing—compensation up to $24/hour.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and screen a high volume of applicants and move qualified candidates forward.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and share recommendations with the team.
• Help move candidates through the hiring process, including scheduling and communication.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to stay aligned on hiring needs and priorities.
• Keep our ATS organized and up to date for accurate tracking.

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidate with a strong interest in recruiting and a passion for building a long-term career in talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and dependable, with good follow-through and time management.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or applicant tracking systems is a plus (not required).
