Location: E-11/2, Islamabad (Onsite)

Timings: PKT 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support core human resources operations while contributing to talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives. This role involves assisting with recruitment processes, Onboarding activities, and HR administration to ensure a smooth and professional employee lifecycle. Working closely with HR leadership, you will help maintain structured HR processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a positive and growth-oriented workplace aligned with the organization’s people-focused culture.

What impact will you make?

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR leadership
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, performance, and employee activities
• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, trainings, and surveys
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, bonuses, etc.)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Assist in candidate sourcing and database management
• Assist in Onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
• Handle employee concerns and grievance procedures professionally
• Liaise with external stakeholders when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
