Summary:

Seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on hiring for logistics, distribution, and operational environments. Skilled in recruiting, candidate engagement, employer branding, and stakeholder collaboration. Demonstrates independent decision-making, process ownership, and the ability to align hiring strategies with business needs. Experienced in mentoring junior team members and influencing hiring decisions through data and insights.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience recruiting for warehouse environments.
  • Experience in logistics hiring with a strong understanding of operational roles.
  • Proficiency in using Workday or similar ATS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all stages of the recruitment process including:
  • Talent sourcing
  • Job advertising and posting
  • Applicant screening and evaluation
  • Interview coordination and assessment
  • Offer and contract generation
  • Onboarding support
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires and assist in internal role transitions


Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation , and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through a mix of platforms, referrals, community outreach, and targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and operational timelines.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, operations leaders, and HR partners across multiple sites and functions.
  • Provide consultative support on talent strategy, workforce planning & job market trends.
  • Host regular check-ins and recruitment update sessions to manage expectations and refine hiring strategies.

Candidate Experience

  • Champion a positive candidate journey by ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey , from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
  • Ensure transparency, timely feedback, and positive communication throughout the interview process.
